Spring Mini-Contest, Win $10 « Thread Started on Apr 11, 2009, 5:35pm »
Due to lack of action here in the forum, I think it's time for another contest. A mini-contest, if you will.
This will be a simple contest. No posting a gazillion times, no guessing my weight (160), nothing like that.
Since we're having a little trouble getting going here this spring, I thought we'd have a "show up and you're entered" contest.
The rules are simple. Show up and post anywhere in the forum ten times (or more) anytime between Sunday, April 12 at 12 a.m. central time and Saturday, April 18 at 11:59 p.m. central time. If you do that, you're entered. After the end of the contest, I'll pull a name out of my hat, and that person is the winner of ten bucks.
I'm also sending out a mass email, so those that haven't been here in awhile, will know about the contest. Hopefully we can put a little life back into this great little forum.
Come on guys, I need your help.
Oh, and everyone, including mods, are allowed to participate. The more the merrier.
Since turnout has been lower that expected ( ), I'm adding a new rule. At least five people must enter the contest before the prize will be awarded. I can't award a prize if only one or two people are playing.
